On a moraine ridge at Alstadhaug in Levanger, we grow fruit and berries. We have apples, plums, pears, rhubarb, blackcurrants and currants. Raspberries are grown by other producers in Trøndelag.
Mikkelhaug has been involved in fruit and berry production since 2002. The soil and solar conditions are particularly suitable for fruit growing on the moraine ridge between Trondheimsfjord and Eidsbotn.
