How can we ensure that tomorrow’s food technologists, chefs, and food service workers acquire the skills that the industry demands? How can the industry itself help raise awareness and make food professions more attractive to young talent? Through brief presentations and an engaging panel discussion, we bring together stakeholders from education, industry, and the public sector to discuss solutions and collaboration.
